To get started and begin your Noti experience first register an account with us which gets you access to your own private Noti dashboard and a link to download the app to your Android or iOS device. We’re so confident you’ll like what we offer that you’ll get a 14 day free trial period as standard with full access to the whole feature set for you to test drive what Noti can do for your business. During this time you can make Noti your own by adding your own company name, contact information, logo and even a colour scheme which will appear on all of the forms you create in Noti. If you are too excited to get started with the more exciting tools we have then don’t worry, you can always skip this stage and come back later to set your company up.

Create & Configure Forms

Now to create some forms in the Noti form builder and add them to your own library. Use our drag and drop interface to re-create one of your paper forms in minutes and have it ready for use by all Users as soon as you hit Save and drop it in your Library. Use some or all of our free power ups in your new form that you’ll never get with good ol’ paper :

If building a form with some or all of those features sounds very technical and hard work, think again. It isn’t.

Simply order the building blocks of the form to suit your requirements and configure each block for how you would like your Users to complete the data. If you want to get up and running faster, browse the pre-built forms in the Noti master library and drop them in your own library for use by your teams. If what we have pre-built is not quite perfect for you then use the Form Builder tool to amend it to suit your more specific needs. Now that’s clever.

If you still don’t fancy that – no problem. We eat forms for breakfast; contact us with what needs to be done, we can build it for you and drop it in your own form library.

Employee Invites & Form Completion

Once your forms are built you can invite your employees and managers to Noti, set them access privileges and drop your forms into the digital toolkit within Noti on their devices. Users will be able to open Noti on their device just like any other app, access the forms you have created for them to work with, complete them on their device and submit the completed form either via email or by simply saving the completed document in Noti for use later. If desired, Administrators can assign certain forms or groups of forms to certain users, so if you prefer certain employees to have access to Form A but not Forms B or C then this can easily be accomodated and amended at any time through the Noti dashboard for your company. If you need to revise a form in any way at a later date go right ahead and do it, Noti will automatically synchronize your changes to the same forms on your Users’ devices without them needing to do anything – it will simply update in the background and the new improved version will be ready for them the next time they open it.

From their new Users can be invited to join Noti. The User is sent a link to download the Noti App to their Apple or Android device.
